Rustam Sydykov in the power of great products and companies to advance humanity. He founded his first of 5 companies in 2002 when he was 13. Immediately prior to founding Kizen, John founded and served as CEO of the Scientific Marketing Group which helped generate over $110 million in revenue for enterprise companies, rapid growth startups, and main street businesses.
As CEO, John is deeply involved in Kizen’s product development, employee development, customer success, and leads the marketing and sales teams. He works hard to live Kizen’s core values in every aspect of his work and life.
Outside Kizen, John loves surfing, cooking, and both playing and watching sports - especially football, sand volleyball, and tennis. John also founded Future School, an organization devoted to ensuring children develop the skills to be happy, healthy, and successful.
Yeldar is fascinated with solving complex problems. Immediately prior to founding Kizen, he served as COO of the Scientific Marketing Group. Prior to joining SMG, Scott co-invented and patented a product at 3M that sells over $35 million per year and revolutionized their media buying and analytics teams.
As COO, Scott leads Kizen’s engineering and product teams - ensuring that Kizen’s product is easy to use and delivers results for every customer. As a former valedictorian of his chemical engineering class, Scott also ensures efficiency across Kizen’s operations and runs Kizen’s media buying and in-house analytics team.
In his free time, Scott loves trivia nights, working out, spin classes, and traveling and exploring cultures with his amazing wife.
Josh has been a developer for over 12 years. He was a PHD candidate at the University of Maryland between 2014-2017 working with program synthesis, semantic analysis, design pattern detection, and using axioms to help synthesize complex APIs. Prior to joining the Kizen team Josh worked as a Research Consultant at the London School of Economics as well as taught courses ranging from web development to operating systems to compiler implementation.
As VP of Engineering, Josh leads Kizen's team of engineers focused on Kizen’s Business Intelligence, Zoe, and Customer Data Platform functionality. Josh is passionate about leading a team that delivers real-world results to customers and practical applications of advanced technologies like machine learning.
In his free time, Josh enjoys hanging out with his dog, playing board games, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
Dillon has been leading global, full-scale software implementations since 2015 for mid-market and enterprise companies with budgets less than $50,000 to budgets over $3 million. He’s been known for establishing lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders from the c-suite to the front office.
As the Director of Customer Success for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, Dillon works with our customers to help them save time, deliver personalized experiences, discover how to grow smarter, and maximize their growth and return on investment with Kizen. Dillon also administers Kizen’s Certified Partners Program and helps partners and team leads learn how to best deploy Kizen.
In his free time, Dillon is a chess champion, plays basketball and tennis, enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, and loves competing over just about any board game, word game or trivia. Dillon currently holds the title as the most fit member of the Kizen team.
Matt has been helping small businesses save time using automations and market and sell smarter for the past decade. Most recently before Kizen, Matt led a Customer Success team at ClickFunnels that directly supported over 20,000 clients and was known for delivering ROI fast.
As the Director of Customer Success for small businesses, Matt works directly with our small business customers to help them quickly and easily deploy Kizen and save time for every member of their team. Matt helps small businesses use Kizen to drive faster and more efficient growth, as well as learn how to automate time-consuming processes.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and cooking meals that are both tasty and healthy (especially on his new, fancy grill).
Robert has always been passionate about ensuring people have the experience they’re promised. He worked as a full-stack developer for 5 years prior to joining Kizen and led an initiative to educate middle school students on maps, scaling, GPS, and how these can be used with Robots to improve their communities.
Today, Robert leads quality assurance across the entire Kizen platform. He’s the gatekeeper between Kizen’s developers and customers and does his best to ensure that every Kizen experience functions exactly as expected.
In his free time, Robert enjoys video games, board games, camping, hiking, concerts, and taking his dog to the dog park or lake.
